"ROSA´S TESTIMONY (II)
Hello guys!
So . . . let us go on “chapter II” of this story of healing.
I am very happy for myself, but also because I feel this testimony will give hope to many other people . . .
First, I would like to inform you about my GGT level, which used to be sky-high, (the other indicators are also getting better). Keep in mind that in April my GGT level was 386, (more or less the same figure shown in past months). At the end of May after my trip to London, it went down to 279, and in my last test by the end of June, my GGT level came out in . . . ta dah (drumroll) 183!!
Thinking about being consistent and taking care of ourselves, it comes to my mind a story I heard from someone who was there [circles of healing]: A man of about 28 or 30 years old was scheduled for surgery at noon. That morning he and his mother went to see Maestro because neither of them wanted him to undergo surgery. They left the place with the instruction from Maestro to do some tests. The doctor would not want to run the tests because the surgery was already scheduled, but seeing his persistence, he finally agreed. After a while he came back and asked them: – “What have you done?” – “What do you mean doctor?” asked the mother, – “Your son has no trace of the illness he had been diagnosed for, he is clean”, the doctor said. The man left very happy and went into a bar to drink alcohol. When he came home, his wife, seeing him so drunk called her mother-in law, who in turn went to the Maestro with . . . complaints. – “He was told about what not to do” replied Maestro.
I do not know how this ended up, but I also recall another similar case where a mother brought her daughter to Maestro because she was on drugs. What happened is that she had gone back doing drugs and consequently, she relapsed. The mother humbly pleaded Maestro for her daughter, and she finally admitted and truly understood what she had done.
My view is that Maestro is here to help us and teach us . . . he is not here to “fix our lives”, just like that; obviously not to encourage us being irresponsible. We all make mistakes (no need to tell me that, gulp!) but it is up to us to recognize, assume, understand, and rectify. Now that I am loving and caring for myself, I am living the beginning of a whole new life.
I would like to make clear that I do not intend to teach anybody a lesson . . . come on, but only to share my experiences, and to benefit from the experience of other travel companions in this beautiful planet of ours . . .

I am a psychologist by profession and I have been honored to meet Maestro Constantino and his beautiful worldwide work.
I have witnessed thousands of healings in Mexico after having been a volunteer at different stages [of the Circles of Light], and this writer has not been an exception: In 2009 my vocal cords were impaired due to the numerous conferences I was giving on a weekly basis without using a microphone, and for long periods of time. Thus, my voice turned hoarse (scratchy), and after a long period of time of continuous speaking, I would suffer from coughing spells which would give me a sensation of tightening of the throat, and consequently, making me unable to speak. A specialist recommended me to go through surgery on my vocal cords in order to improve my condition; however, there was a risk of losing the sound of my voice.
Months after this diagnosis, my group of friends and I were told about Maestro Constantino and we decided to make the three hour trip to receive healing. I cannot describe with words this experience; in fact, my excitement made me not to realize that after three hours, my voice had recovered its sound totally. Over time, I noticed that after giving conferences, I never experienced the coughing spells or any other anomaly again.
After taking part of the volunteering work for supporting the healing circles that were held in our country (Mexico) during 2010 and 2011, I requested Maestro to help me with the morbid obesity problem that I have had since childhood, which it had worsened over the recent years. Maestro explained to me that the main problem with obesity is nutrition. He did his lovely healing in my body and he told me that the rest of the healing depended on me.
So, having reached the maximum weight in my entire life, with awareness and determination I started the suggested diet (which is given to every participant on the healing circles, and is followed for 15 days). In this case, I made it part of my life (fruits, vegetables, grains and seeds), adding up a daily exercise routine. From March 2013 to the present day, January 21, 2014 (10 months), I have lost 42 kilograms; I have gone from size 24-26 (USA) to size 14. People in the physiotherapeutic or medical areas who had met me in the past and who looks at me today, say that it is IMPOSSIBLE that after such a huge weight lost, my body has not become sick and my skin has not needed surgery. Thanks to my beloved Maestro, today I enjoy a healthy body and I have continued to apply what I learned in order to improve it. [See pictures below].
Recently, while working out, I tore the muscles of both of my upper tights, which led me not being able to do my regular activities. Due to the intense pain that prevented me from doing my normal activities, I had an acupuncture treatment in the muscles, which only lessened the pain temporarily. Maestro eliminated the pain, enabling a comfortable walking, and today I feel 95% recovered of an injury that – as I was told – would take months to heal.
Undoubtedly, Maestro Constantino HAVE NOT ONLY healed my body, but he has changed my life. I am eternally grateful for his beautiful and lovely mission.
